My music is a sort of experimental hip-hop. Lyrics all written by myself. Production is handled primarily by BazixBeats, out of Bucharest, Romania, among others.
It started with a few songs on a demo CD before branching out into a mixtape in September 2012, titled "Shades of Struggle". The next project in the works is titled "The Tree Of Life EP". About half of the EP will be acoustic, the other half will be experimental hip-hop.
Sometimes, I describe it as a collection of short stories and poems that vary in feeling. Instrumentals are blended with vocals to create a unique sound that I am both proud of and that I put all of my being into.
Do or die.
Boise WeeklySeptember 24, 2012
Boise hip-hop artist Queue dropped his first record over the weekend.
The 14-track album, Shades of Struggle, was released direct-to-web as a free download via bandcamp, and is comprised of tracks that Queue worked on for the last year.
It runs the gambit from spacy downtempos beats, to more abstact and percussive beats, all courtesy of BazixBeats with Queue's relaxed rhyming style over the top.
Shades of Struggle can be downloaded via Bandcamp or streamed below.
Queue's debut video can be seen here.
