Advertising Refund Policy

General Terms

Musicpage reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, including the right to modify or discontinue the Advertising Refund Policy. You should check this policy periodically for changes.

Advertiser Refund Policy:

Musicpage sells impressions in bundles of 5,000. Any advertiser refund request must be received by Musicpage within thirty (30) days of the date of your impression’ s purchase.

Advertisers that request a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase will receive said refund (minus a charge of ten percent (10%) of the amount otherwise available for refund) for all impressions that have not been used during the period between the date of purchase of such impressions and the date Musicpage receives the written refund request; provided that refunds are (i) available only in and for increments of 5,000 unused impressions (e.g. refunds will only be available on a per-bundle basis), (ii) not available for impressions in quantities smaller than 5,000 unused impressions, and (iii) not available for unused impressions not evenly divisible by 5,000 (e.g. refunds are not available for any remaining unused impressions after the aforementioned per-bundle refund has been made).

Violations of the Musicpage Advertising Policy

Any ad deemed in violation of the Musicpage Advertising Policy is subject to removal from your campaign at Musicpage’ s sole and absolute discretion. If your banner is removed, you will be notified via email.

Advertisers who repeatedly violate the Musicpage Advertising Policy may have their campaigns cancelled and become barred from additional advertising at Musicpage’ s sole and absolute discretion.

If Musicpage cancels an advertiser’ s campaign for repeat violations of the Musicpage Advertising Policy, Musicpage will issue a refund (minus a charge of twenty-five percent (25%) of the amount otherwise available for refund) for all of the advertiser’ s remaining unused impressions; provided that refunds are (i) available only in and for increments of 5,000 unused impressions (e.g. refunds will only be available on a per-bundle basis), (ii) not available for impressions in quantities smaller than 5,000 unused impressions, and (iii) not available for unused impressions not evenly divisible by 5,000 (e.g. refunds are not available for any remaining unused impressions after the aforementioned per-bundle refund has been made).


Miscellaneous

You understand and agree that cancellation and/or refund as described in this policy is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with Musicpage including, without limitation, any dispute related to, or arising out of: (i) any terms of this policy or our enforcement or application of this policy; (ii) any practice or policy of Musicpage, including our Advertising Policy, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (each of which is incorporated into this policy by this reference), or our enforcement or application of these policies; (iii) the content available through the Musicpage.com on-line community (the “ Community” ) or any change in content provided through the Community website; (iv) your ability to access and/or use our Community; or (v) the amount or types of our fees or charges, surcharges, applicable taxes, or billing methods, or any change to our fees or charges, applicable taxes, or billing methods.
