Biography

Born in Wyandanch, NY, Leticia Marie has diligently paved her path into success! Her passion for entertainment began at an early age. Marie showcased her talents in music and actively participated in her local church’s stage plays. Her love for music continued to grow. In
1998 Marie released a collaborative album with a local gospel quartet, The Fantastic Robinson Wonders, titled “Change.” In 2002, Marie transitioned genres from gospel to R&B. She worked with an array of artists from notable labels such as J Records, Atlantic Records, and Interscope Records. Leticia began working on yet another collaborative album; a mixtape entitled BMW
(Bronx Most Wanted). The tape was comprised of two volumes and was finalized by 2003. In just a few years, Leticia was enthralled in unfamiliar territory of the music industry. From
producing to advertising and promoting, to marketing and management, she’d found her niche
and began blossoming beautifully. To date, she has collectively managed and promoted over 125
talents, while also maintaining the title of CEO for Global Grind Entertainment and Tasteful
Touches Ent. for over 5 years. Her career further expanded as a promoter for Jah Logic’s Wavy
Wednesday Cruise Leticia also work side by side with her Husband Lava Da Don as Head Promoter for His and Hers Unsigned Hype Rock The Mic Edition.
L. Marie spends countless hours dedicating her time and perfecting her craft as a Rap/R&B Indie recording artist and songwriter for her own brand Rock Mobb Entertainment. When she’s now writing music, she is hosting her internet Radio Station Rock Mobb Radio! To add to her repertoire, L. Marie is also completed an internship with 2HotRadio, advised by the founder of Rap group Dipset. In further developing her radio personality, Marie has also been deemed First Lady for ioneradio.com. As if that wasn’t enough, Marie has ventured deeper into entrepreneurship. Currently she holds the title of Graphic designer for Rock Mobb Customz as well as being the CEO of a brand-new lash line, We Rock Lashes. As you can see, Marie has always been eager to expand her brand. In her chase to do so, she has also become the Open Mic Manager for Hip Hop Seazon, Sales Rep and promoter for Vodkila, Vodka, and has even began writing her first book. Marie wholeheartedly intends to leave her mark in the industry. So much so, she has begun working with international companies in the music business. As of recent, she has become a partner with Artemis Entertainment in Jamaica, partner with Kiksa Radio in France, and she’s been working with U.K. Unsigned Musik Styles as a Regional Manager. Outside of everything entertainment Marie has a devotion to Outreach! Presently, Marie is an Outreach Specialist with Legacee Kares, a program in place for empowering underprivileged and/or homeless youth in NYC. Marie also is an active advocate for Housing Works, an HIV/AIDS awareness group. Lastly, she is an Outreach specialist for
onewarmcoat.org, an organization designed to provide free, warm coats to any person in need. Her humanitarian goals have led her to pursue opening a Crisis Center soon, set to be named The Robert Price Center. Marie also has plans for a jam packed Back to School Drive to give back to her community, set for late summer, early fall of this year. Her most recent achievement has
been becoming a Publicist and Journalist for I am Hip Hop Magazine.
Over the years, Leticia Marie has set her mind to create music in hopes of helping and inspiring others. In doing so, she has always stayed true to herself and her dream of giving back to her community. Her humanitarian efforts have landed her a host of awards and allowed her to receive over 50 awards of appreciation from notable non-profit organizations. Her passion for helping people has pushed her to pursue running for Assemblywoman in Albany, NY in 2020.
Whatever she does, L. Marie’s goal never changes, aspire to inspire, and leave behind a legacy for embracing change in her community!
