Able Danger's new album, "Chaos," is sharp like a razor and will cut into your soul like a Butcher knife. A hybrid of alternative, rock and pop. "Escape" has amazing vocals, instrumentation and lyrical content. A great listen while in deep contemplation. Another introspective fragment, "Chaos." Eerie vocals coupled with fierce guitar riffs always equals a golden moment. Definitely a performance track at a major music festival. "Grant's Song" is pure bliss. Romantic and cinematic piece. Effortlessly fabricated work. "Let Go" is epic. Huge lead vocals, superb production fused with top notch instrumentation. This is a big song - full of life and spunk. You can almost see the band playing on Lambeau Field during a half time show for the NFL's Super Bowl. "Digital Chaos" is magnificent. Very reminiscent of Moby. An extremely sensual record that oozes sex appeal.
Overall, Able Danger Music's EP offers diversity and a sophisticated sound that's ready to reach millions. Their marketability, creativity and innovation have earned them a spot on our #360WatchList. However, their talent will win over your hearts.

Dayton, Ohio can claim a new force to hit the music scene and its name is Able Danger. Able Danger is a new progressive rock band that had its first gig back in November of 2013. Less than a year in existence, Able Danger is already makin’ a lot of noise. The group has already had the pleasure of sharing the stage with such acts as: Lacuna Coil, Sick Puppies, Eyes Set To Kill and Saliva. I can safely say that these musicians are in no danger of fizzling out anytime soon.
The band is made up of four members: Nikki Luttrell on lead vocals followed by Chris Stewart, Ben Willis and Jason Winner. Together they have created a sound that is dangerous; dangerously explosive & infectious! Nikki’s voice will leave you mesmerized while the drums come crashing in like a storm. And then you will hear big waves of rock-heavy guitar riffs and tough bass lines. The band chemistry is off the charts as you hear Able Danger give one powerful & strong performance on “Escape”.
There is no escaping the fact that Able Danger and their latest track are scary good. “Escape” is the first single off of their upcoming, debut EP called ‘CHAOS’. The EP that includes the song “Escape” is expected to be released this Labor Day, so look for it on iTunes. ‘CHAOS’ is being produced by Indignant Audio Producer Matt Baltes and I’m sure listeners & critics will be buzzing about this one.
Excitement is in the air for this up-and-coming band and “Escape” is a rock-solid start that I would even call a gem of a song. Able Danger seems to have that special quality that will attract audiences and hopefully move them. I can tell that their music will connect with many people out there because “Escape” has that instant likability factor as it’s easy on the ears. Powerhouse sound combined with true feeling & raw emotion= Able Danger.
Able Danger has an exciting show coming up on August 31 at the Madison Theater in Covington, KY where they will be on the same bill as TRAPT among many others. Able Danger is just starting out but I am very excited and hopeful toward the bright future of this progressive rock band. Don’t try to “Escape” now because Dayton’s own Able Danger is about to cause major ‘Chaos’ within the music community. Here’s to Able Danger gearing up for one hell of ride as they attempt to put their stamp on the music world!

The newest release from this rising rock band, “Grant’s Song,” is a dedication to Grant Fryman, who was a great friend to lead vocalist, Nikki Luttrell. The song was written in relation to the entire band as well. All members have experienced the loss of a family member or friend in their life, most recently an icon from the entire band’s childhood, Robin Williams. The new release is a song to help people cope with the emotions of losing someone. In fact, Able Danger’s debut EP, Chaos, will contain 5 tracks that will connect with the listener on many different levels. The ferocity of the opening of Escape is something that will immediately draw listeners in, while the initial vocal work provides a considerable level of variety to the track. Able Danger creates a style of rock that touches upon the work of Amy Lee (Evanescence) and Nightwish, while having enough hooks and melodies placed into the track to make a serious play for radio play.
The production of Escape is absolutely perfect, allowing each constituent element of the band ample opportunity to shine. Nikki’s vocals are placed front and center, but the rich guitar work, ropy bass lines, and spot-on drumming create a solid backdrop on which they can shine. The band is able to cover considerable musical ground with this track, touching upon rock, heavy metal, grunge, and progressive with the greatest of ease. Escape has considerable replay value, as the resulting composition is some of the densest and most thought-out we have heard. Of particular note in the second half of the track has to be the guitar work; the riffs take on a sizzling solo sound while still contributing to the overall all-in feel of the track. Taken together, each of the elements contributing to Escape make for a tremendous track that will stick deep in the minds and hearts of listeners no matter what styles or genres which they would normally listen.
Make sure to visit their website for further information about the band, the ability to hear their music, and the most current and up to date news. If Able Danger is able to continue crafting music in the same vein as Escape, their future will be incredibly bright. Able Danger has their debut EP releasing on Itunes September 1st, which includes Escape.

It’s not every day that a small time upstart band gets the honor of performing with International and National recording artists. For Able Danger, a female fronted rock band that just began less than a year ago, it’s about to be their third time.
Able Danger formed in October of 2013, and have already performed at 15 shows, written and recorded their debut EP, and managed to make it onto multiple National Stages. On February 28, 2014, Able Danger opened the show at Revolver Magazine’s Hottest Chicks in Hard Rock Tour at Alrosa Villa in Columbus, Ohio. The Show featured International and National recording artists, Sick Puppies, Lacuna Coil, Eyes Set To Kill, and Cilver. Able Danger performed an outstanding 25 minute opening set for an anxious hard rock crowd. “It was truly an honor to perform on the same stage with all of these great bands, it has been a humbling experience,” stated Able Danger guitarist Chris Stewart. A few months later, Stewart books another national show. On June 11, 2014 Able Danger performed with 13 other support bands to open for Saliva and Eve to Adam, at The Thompson House in Newport, Kentucky.
On August 31, Able Danger will once again take the stage with National Artists. This time they will be joining the stage with a huge bill of talented support bands for an all-day event featuring Trapt and The Veer Union.

Friday February 28th, The Hottest Chicks in Hard Rock (according to Revolver Magazine) soared into Columbus via Columbus Events Group, the Alrosa Staff, 99.7 The Blitz, Revolver staff and The Shrunken Heads co-owner and Azoic singer Kristy Venrick with a parking lot full of people following them in. Cilver, Eyes Set to Kill, Lacuna Coil, Sick Puppies and the winner of the Facebook fan voted local opener Able Danger all played for an appreciative loud crowd. Long ago and gone is the day of women being the sexy background or provocative eye candy of the show. Despite the tours descriptive adjective, the talent, history, musicianship and stage presence that brought the ‘chicks’ here got the spotlight.
Dayton’s Able Danger bested 74 other bands with female members in a state wide contest with six finalists in a vote based contest on Facebook to earn the opening spot in Columbus that evening. A very young group, together for only four months but they make up for their hatchling status with a collective four year history in the Dayton scene in other bands. With former moniker Hereafter, guitarist Chris Stewart joined Jason Winner and Ben Willis with blonde mouthpiece Nikki Luttrell to form the progressive rock sound of AD. Look for their debut in April.
They start with Chaos, a dark, ambiance tune with cranky, growling monster in the closet guitars adding Luttrell’s classic keyboard notes and emotional, melancholy and somewhat creepy vocals sporting the inherited talents of mom and dad. Think the dark side of Roxette and a classical gothic Sheryl Crow. Stewart a guitarist since age five comes from a musical family. There’s a certain amount of pain and sorrow in Luttrell’s voice which she blends beautifully with power and emotional confidence.
